We are currently aware of a small number of users being unable to connect to their VPN service.

Our engineers are currently investigating this and we will provide updates as soon as possible.

We are still investigating the main cause of the issue with some users being able to connect to locations. Further update due shortly.

We have identified an expired SSL certificate that creates a connection between our applications and our VPN location servers. We are currently looking to put in place a new certificate and will provide a further update very soon.

We are currently testing a fix on one of our servers and if successful we will begin rolling this out to all the servers. There will be a further update very soon.

We have implemented the fix on ALL UK Servers at the moment. In order to get your VPN working please follow the below:

Firestick Users Please logout of the Vulture App and back in again and it should then connect to UK Locations
iPhone Users Please uninstall and reinstall the application
Android Users Please go into the application settings and Clear Data and Cache then re-login and connect to UK servers

We will continue to implement the fix to the other servers and will update this once they are done.
